Great day with my good friend Steve Verrall at # Rainbow # Community # Club in Barnet, # northlondon . A community’s hub in the centre of a deprived area in north # London . He sponsored 6 # junior leaders 14+ who all passed with flying colours. Plus two club adult # coaches . The # RainbowCommunity club will now be delivering the GB National Boxing Awards programme from September. Great to have two local # schoolteachers on the course as well. Very enjoyable day, delivering a boxing tutor course to young members of the Dalgarno Trust, a Community Club in West End of London. Disability Coach Knox has multiple sclerosis and trains everyday doing weights, pads, circuits to slow this degenerative disease down) here are a few action shots.
