Disability Coach Knox has multiple sclerosis and trains everyday doing weights, pads, circuits to slow this degenerative disease down) here are a few action shots. Carlton Police Boxing Academy in Bradford is on point today, great delivering boxing Tutor course. Thanks to Tony Griffith for hosting the course.
