"I can't speak highly enough about the Boxing Awards programme and especially about the coach Q. I started boxing just over a year ago becasue I was looking for a way to reduce my anxiety and stress levels and a way to get back in shape. I quickly fell in love with the sport thanks to the incredible passion, entusiasm and knowledge Q exudes and to the way the Boxing Awards works at building your skillset and fitness. Going through the process gave me a huge confidence boost not only in the sport itself, but in every day life and work. I went from exercising a few times a month (and hating it) and scared of confrontations to boxing three times a week (and loving it) and sparing. It is a brilliant, fun and effective way to get fit. In a span of a few months, I feel like I have grown stronger physically and mentally, learned new skills and had a lot of fun in the process. I highly reccomend boxing, the Boxing Awards and Q to everyone."

"I have done the level 1-2 Boxing coach back in June and it was a very good experience , after that in July I have booked the Boxing Tutor course and there were the same teacher .Q and Bobby they had supported me and all other students all the way through with their skills and passion that they have for Boxing. The course is really good and every one is so helpful .You will learn many things and the main one is how to introduce boxing on schools ,college ,academies which is very good to introduce boxing to young people. I would recommend this course 100% . I will go for the Pad works one soon !! See you soon teachers 🇬🇧"

Q & Bobby are fantastic leaders - I now train privately with Bobby as he is an excellent coach & teacher. "Just completed the course today and what an experience it was! Both Q and Bob were extremely fantastic, super professional, energetic, positive, funny and really knowledgeable. Both made the group feel really relaxed with their teaching approach which was fenomenal how they managed to build a great bond and confidence among all the participants throughout the whole course. Within the first two hours Q knew all the participants names...incredible. In addition, both Q and Bob were always making sure the group was happy with the info provided and the best of all, the course was super fun, which made it a lot easier to get things in your mind and then to put it into practice. I strongly recommend this course to anyone, however, i don't know if your experience will be the same without Q and Bob delivering it...because this two guys might be the best tutors anyone can come accross in their lives."
