Disability Coach Knox has multiple sclerosis and trains everyday doing weights, pads, circuits to slow this degenerative disease down) here are a few action shots. I had trouble balancing in the chair let alone sparring in it. Great job coach Knox and you are an inspiration to us all in the gym. 👊🏾
